Reservation Form & Availability Calendar
Due to use by weddings and other special events, the Aspen Yurt is unavailable to rent outside of the winter season, April 1st through November 30th. The yurt will only be available in conjunction with special events such as booked weddings and other venues; it will not be available for individual bookings.
To reserve the Aspen Yurt, please complete the form below. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. The availability calendar is located below the reservation form.
We will contact you within two business days and send you a PayPal invoice if that date is available. A reservation has NOT been made until payment is received from you. Preference is given to requests in the order that they are received. Verbal requests are not given preference over those submitted via this internet form.
When making reservations, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance in the event that your need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances. For your convenience, we have included links to several travel insurance resources below. All rentals are subject to our refund policy.
