Off-Site Equipment Rentals

We offer two pickup locations for off-site rentals; the Flagstaff Nordic Center Lodge and the Kickstand Kafe in Flagstaff. Advance reservations are required for the Kickstand Kafe; they are not required for lodge pickups but those are subject to available equipment. Equipment reservations must be made by 3:00 P.M. three days prior to your pickup date. Any reservations made after this deadline may not be honored due to availability. All rentals are subject to our refund policy.

Rentals are for a 24 hour period. When checking out, you will be offered a chance to change the quantity. This is if you want to add more days for renting the equipment.

Rentals below are divided into Weekend and Weekday and we offer skis and snowshoes. Please be sure to include your arrival date and pickup location in the space provided (see calendar to right to choose correct date) (and your Shoe Size / Weight / Height / Date where needed) in the spaces provided. Sizes are in Euro sizing; see the Size Chart for U.S. conversion sizes. Thank you!
