Group Reservations
Group discounts
The Nordic Center welcomes Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, families, and other groups. We offer a 10% discount on ski and snowshoe rentals, trail passes, and/or lessons for groups of 10 or more individuals. In order to qualify for this discount, payment must be made a minimum of one week prior to arrival.
In the event that you require more flexibility than a week's notice allows, your group is still welcome to visit the Nordic Center! We simply ask that you contact us before you arrive so that we can be prepared to process your group as efficiently as possible.
At the time of payment, we will also need information for each participant who will be renting equipment. For ski rentals, we need the height, weight, and shoe size of each participant. For snowshoe rentals, we only need the weight.
Group reservations are not taken online. Please contact us or call us at 928-220-0550 to make arrangements for your group's visit. All reservations are non-refundable.
School groups
The Nordic Center is pleased to extend an educational discount of 25% to school groups. This discount is on top of our already low student and weekday prices. It is our hope that this deep discount will help make it financially feasible for schools to introduce their students to the healthful winter sports of snowshoeing and Nordic skiing.
The educational discount is available to school groups who come to the Nordic Center during the weekdays of Monday through Thursday. Payment and participant information must be received by the Nordic Center a minimum of one week prior to arrival. We will need height, weight, and shoe size for each person renting ski equipment. For snowshoe rentals we only need weight. All reservations are non-refundable.
