Join us for the 8th annual Flagstaff Marathon, ‘The Coolest Marathon in Arizona’, Hosted by Flagstaff Nordic Center and benefiting North Country HealthCare.

The Flagstaff Marathon is 100% off-road with varying (single-track, cross-country, dirt roads) terrain. Elevation gains are only 2200 feet for the full marathon, 1100 feet for the half-marathon, and 450 feet for the 10Km loop. The course ranges from 8000 feet to 8600 feet above sea level. The marathon has been described as the most scenic and difficult marathon in the Southwest.
This race has been called the best supported race by many runners. Aid Stations, Course Marshalls and a very well marked trail ensure that you be able to enjoy the run at your pace without worry about getting lost or missing a turn. North Country Healthcare provides technical running shirts in both Men’s and Women’s sizes.
Proceeds from this race benefit North Country HealthCare. North Country HealthCare provides comprehensive health care to patient’s regardless of patient’s ability to pay.

This race sells out at 400 runners. Please take advantage of last years prices by registering early. There will be on-site registration at packet pick up ONLY if spots are available. There will be NO race day registration.
Cancellation Policy
There are NO REFUNDS on race fees. Up to 15 days before event you can cancel and rollover your entry to another Flagstaff Nordic Center race event in the next 12 months. You may also elect to transfer your entry to another athlete for a $10 transfer charge. There will be no transfers or rollovers within 14 days of event.
Camping
Yurt, Hut and Tent camping is available just yards from the Start Line at Flagstaff Nordic Center. For yurt or hut camping please visit our camping website, www.offgridgetaways.com.
Please note that there are a limited number of yurt, hut and tent sites available. Tent camping is available at special events only. All camping at Flagstaff Nordic Center is available on a first come, first serve basis.
There are other camping opportunities nearby in the Coconino National Forest.
Summer Season camping reservations will open on January 1, 2013.
